Processing before dispatch

Allow 2–4 business days for order processing before dispatch. During a peak period, processing may take up to 5 business days. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

Processing covers order preparation and fulfillment steps. The transit estimate begins after the parcel is dispatched.

02 / DELIVERY

Transit time and shipping charges

For destinations in the United States, estimated delivery is 10–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; transit can vary with destination and carrier activity.

Any applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you place the order. Dispatch location may vary according to item availability and destination.

03 / TRACKING

Tracking updates

Tracking details are sent when available after dispatch. The carrier’s first scan may take 1–3 days to appear in tracking. A label being created without a scan during that interval does not necessarily mean the parcel has stopped moving.

04 / SUPPORT

Delays or delivery concerns

If tracking has not updated beyond the initial scan window, delivery is substantially delayed, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact service@uiavdn.com. Include your order number and tracking details so we can review the issue.
