If a doll isn’t right for you, contact us first so we can guide you through the return process.
01 / REQUEST
Return request window
Contact us to request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Please reach out before sending an item back; support will review the request and provide the appropriate instructions.
To help us locate the purchase, include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request.
02 / ELIGIBILITY
Item condition and review
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. We may ask for photos when reviewing a report about damage, a defect, an incorrect item, or an item that materially differs from its description.
Returns are subject to review after receipt. Do not mail an item before receiving return instructions.
03 / SENDING IT BACK
Return postage and address
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us with details; we will provide instructions without an additional return-shipping fee for that issue.
Do not use the business address as a return address. The approved return address will be provided by customer support.
04 / REFUNDS
Refund processing
After a returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is initiated to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. The time for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
